Paul Haas abused in the state of Tennessee specifically while stationed in Nashville and Memphis.  He was transferred across state lines to Arkansas for a year to a high school in Little Rock.  Haas subsequently was sent to the diocese of Owensboro, Kentucky.  Paul Haas was an abusive priest transferred across state lines to hide his abuse.
