In the September 19, 2024, letter to the Board of Directors, the "Group of 12" as we were called asked for a meeting with the Board.  It was to be on Zoom and last about an hour to an hour and a half.  The meeting never occurred.  

In the interim, Dan McNevin peppered the Group with emails, some condescending, some didactic, some angry, and some utright vitriolic.  The Group was accused of fostering attacks on Board members
