After the conference, the small group of Leaders were left with unanswered questions and nagging concerns. It was decided to see if there were other Leaders who wanted to join the discussion.
Several Leaders were interested and discussions began every Wednesday for an hour to an hour and a half with only a few Wednesday missed.
In early September a draft letter to the Board requesting a Zoom meeting to talk about these issues was begun. This draft copy of the letter somehow got into the hands of the Board and some ae still upset by the draft but seem not to care about the final copy of the letter sent on September 19, 2925.
