Following the conference, a small group of Leaders were left with unanswered questions and concerns. They decided to see if other Leaders were interested in joining the discussion. Several Leaders showed interest, and discussions began every Wednesday for an hour to an hour and a half, with only a few Wednesdays missed.
In early September, a draft letter to the Board requesting a Zoom meeting to discuss these issues was started. Somehow, this draft copy got into the hands of the Board, and some members are still upset by the draft. However, they seem not to care about the final copy of the letter sent on September 19, 2025.
