What are the red flags in the letter from the ED?

Vocabulary for this article: SRC = SNAP Reform Caucus We have asked for a meeting with the Board of Directors of SNAP for 13 months but have been stonewalled and gaslighted all the way. See below for all the reasons we think this is an ambush.
ED - Executive Director Angela Walker
Facilitator - Tabitha Mpamira
1. Time of the meeting on October 23rd: Tbe time for Angela Walker and the facilitator to meet with the leaders of SNAP is 5:30 pm Eastern Time. This could not be more inconvenient for all of the leaders across the entire US. The ED (Executive Director) has had this as the time for all of the Leader meetings that she ahs held since she came to SNAP on July 14, 2025. A number of the leaders have asked her to change this but she has not listened or explained why she will not change it. This right in the afternoon of the working day on the West Coast and right at end-of-work for the East Coast with no time to get home, get kids, or any other life activities that the Leaders have. This 5:30 time is not convenient for any Leaders and one has to wonder why the ED will not listen. Why is she not willing to change the time to help Leaders out? Is a low Leader turnout what the Board really wants?
2. The ED is going to attend the October 23rd meeting: When the ED met with Leaders on September 30th, she said she would not attend the meeting witth the facilitator and the Leaders. The SRC will hold her to that and 30 pm Eae Board really wants?
1). The Thursday October 23 facilitator meeting at 5:30pm is not conducive for full participation of all time zones.
2). The ED had stated in our last meeting that:

in an open and very trusted space."
[insert time stamp and quote of ED saying she will not attend if anyone objects]
At least one leader has formally objected to ED's presence at the October 23 meeting with the facilitator, therefore the ED should honor her word and not attend.

things in writing can send that to me, and then I will share them with one facilitated group or another."
a. at this point, is she referring to the mysterious Maame that Anne Gleeson found in the CC of that last email?
b. Ed responds to Anne's email on this matter saying that Maame will be a consultant that will begin work in Nov.
c. Why does Maame need our survey responses?
d. Ed encourages us to respond to this because since we are pressed for time it will help with the facilitators work.
In reality she wants DISCOVERY from us.
3). This survey does not reflect any of the concerns from the original 12 members posed to them.
4). Question # 3 in the survey is inappropriate. It is a required question probing peoples Gender.
a. Even though there is the option of "prefer not to answer", how is Gender relevant in this mediation? Highly triggering
and invasive!
5). Question #4 in the survey reflect Agism. How is our age relevant to this mediation?
6). In timestamp# 1:46.31 Ed reassures the following quote: "But I will let everybody know, we will plan to do all the planning,
and then we'll get your FEEDBACK as we move forward."
Ed commits to getting feedback from us REALLY?????
7). Anne Gleeson presses Ed on her comment about the time restrictions with the moderator:
a. timestamp# 2:06.69 "this is what I have proposed to them, but I'm going to let the PROFESSIONALS come up with the
game plan,"
1. here we see how she's hiding behind someone's title and make it seem that she is totally neutral. As we know so far
the professional is a licensed Clinical Psychologist. We are not here for therapy! Where is the unbiased MEDIATOR?
b. Ed is pressed by a question from Marya about the three meetings and Ed again states:
1. "I will not participate." "I'm hoping that you're building some trust with me, but to me, I think it would be better to not
be a part of that so people feel that they can speak freely."
8). There is an obvious Conflict of Interest with a facilitator that Ed already knows and has been a patient of.
9). Susan presses ED about this meeting with the facilitator being the meeting that we all asked to have with the board.

10). We need clarification on the difference between Facilitator vs Mediator.
11). When will we get the rules to follow for this mediation?
12). The Snap Website as it currently stands is not user friendly for survivors. How do survivors get the help that they need?
